Content on DripsNearMe, including blog articles, provider descriptions, and pricing information, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice. DripsNearMe is not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from services booked through the directory.
Providers listed on DripsNearMe are independent businesses. We verify credentials at the time of listing but do not continuously monitor providers. We make no warranties about the quality, safety, or availability of services listed.
DripsNearMe is not a party to any transaction between patients and providers. All agreements, payments, and services are between the patient and the provider directly.
By submitting a listing, providers agree to:
Pay-per-lead fees are charged when a patient submits a direct booking request to a provider's profile. Featured listing subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. No refunds are issued for partial months.
All content on DripsNearMe, including text, design, and code, is owned by DripsNearMe or its contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Provider information may not always be current or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DripsNearMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services booked through the directory.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
