These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DripsNearMe website located at DripsNearMe.com (the "Site"), operated by DripsNearMe ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Service

DripsNearMe is a directory and lead generation platform. We publish listings for independent mobile IV therapy providers and facilitate the connection between patients seeking IV therapy services and those providers. We are not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or licensed clinical service of any kind.

We do not employ, supervise, or control the providers listed on the Site. We do not administer, recommend, or endorse any specific IV therapy treatment, product, or clinical protocol.

2. No Medical Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All health-related decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified, licensed healthcare professional. DripsNearMe does not have a doctor-patient relationship with any user of the Site.

3. Independent Providers

All providers listed on DripsNearMe are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, franchisees, or partners of DripsNearMe. The services they provide — including IV therapy administration, clinical assessment, and follow-up care — are entirely within their own control and responsibility.

DripsNearMe is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any services provided by listed providers.
• Any injury, adverse reaction, or harm arising from IV therapy or other services obtained through a provider found on the Site.
• Any misrepresentation, negligence, or misconduct by a listed provider.
• Any failure of a provider to fulfill a booking or respond to a patient inquiry.

4. Provider Listings and Verification

DripsNearMe makes reasonable efforts to verify that listed providers hold active clinical licensure in their state of practice. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing information. License status, pricing, service offerings, and availability are subject to change without notice.

The presence of a provider on the Site does not constitute an endorsement of that provider's services, credentials, or conduct.

5. Lead Generation for Providers

Providers who participate in the DripsNearMe Pay Per Lead or Featured Listing programs agree to pay per-lead or monthly fees as described at the time of enrollment. Payment of a fee does not guarantee any specific volume of leads, patient bookings, or revenue. DripsNearMe makes no representations about the commercial results of participation.

Providers are solely responsible for verifying patient eligibility, obtaining informed consent, and delivering services in accordance with applicable laws and clinical standards.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site in bulk without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DripsNearMe and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any services obtained through providers found on the Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, design, graphics, and code — is the property of DripsNearMe and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Changes to These Terms
